Roosevelt neighborhood exterior painting

Roosevelt Neighborhood painting Projects

This Roosevelt neighborhood painting project was definitely an endeavor. The home had been a rental for over 30 years and showed the wear—peeling layers, weathered trim, and failing coatings. We scraped off so much paint that it made more sense to fully prime the entire house before applying finish coats. By taking the time to do proper lead-safe prep and a complete oil primer, we set the stage for a long-lasting repaint that will protect the siding and highlight the home’s character for years to come.

Common scope here: Lead-safe prep following EPA guildlines scrap off loss and failing paint, oil prime entire house, oil based caulking at seams, spray and backroll Aura exterior low luster paint, spray finish coat, and hand brush and roll trim and accents. Below are a few representative projects.
